Ideally, we would need access to a 13amp or 16amp power socket to run our food truck. If this isn’t available, no problem, we’re fully equipped with a silent generator to ensure seamless service without disruption.
We can serve up to 90 individual full pizzas or 180 medium size pizzas per hour, ensuring a quick and efficient service for large events.
We typically serve for 3 hours, but depending on the size of the event and the number of guests we might serve for longer. If you’d like us to stay longer, just let us know, and we can adjust the quote accordingly.
We typically recommend a menu of six pizza options tailored for events like yours. This selection includes a variety of vegan, vegetarian, and meat options, customized based on the timing and style of your event. If you’d like a shorter or longer menu, or have specific requests, we’re happy to work with you to create a personalized menu that meets your needs.
We arrive on-site one hour before serving time to ensure the oven is fully warmed up and everything runs smoothly. Actual setup takes about 20 minutes, so we're ready to serve promptly at the scheduled time.
Yes, we can absolutely provide a buffet-style service! We offer a range of service styles to fit the atmosphere of your event, whether it's buffet or individual servings. For buffet-style, we set up an inviting spread of pizzas and toppings, allowing your guests to help themselves at their own pace. If you have specific preferences or ideas, let us know, we’re happy to tailor the setup to create the perfect dining experience for your guests.
Yes, we can make gluten-free pizzas; however, these are recommended only for those with a gluten intolerance, not for individuals with coeliac disease. While our gluten-free pizzas use gluten-free ingredients, we cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free environment due to potential cross-contamination in the oven and preparation areas where regular flour is used.
We’ll be there to serve our wood-fired pizzas, rain or shine! Our mobile pizza vans have a hatch to provide some shelter for serving. If you’re concerned about guests staying dry, we also offer a rain-proof gazebo, available for an additional cost, provided there’s enough space to set it up. Just let us know, and we’ll make sure everyone can enjoy their pizza comfortably, no matter the weather.
